Program Overview
At the Commons Foundation, we believe that knowledge is the key to confident and successful homeownership. Our Homeownership Education Program offers clear, practical guidance to help individuals and families navigate the financial aspects of buying a home. We provide occasional seminars—both for groups and one-on-one sessions—that cover a range of topics including budgeting, credit, mortgage options, down payment planning, and understanding closing costs. Whether you're a first-time buyer or looking for additional support, our program is designed to empower you with the tools and information you need to make informed decisions on your path to owning a home.
